The information provided below are the issues that both Union groups provided the Transition Committee.

These items were discussed and evaluated as being of the greatest importance to all parties from the Labor side. The OAPFF and our Legal Council have been involved and a part of helping us try and cover all the bases and to do our best to assure our conditions of employment remain the same or better during this very volatile time.

These items below have yet to be discussed to the level we as your leadership are comfortable with. We are working with Management from both the city and the township to bring these up to the forefront where they belong so that we can make a more informed decision as to our view of how this cooperative agreement will be looked upon by the Union representation and ultimately all of the Union body.
